Payments must be made according to the agreed terms between the client and Clickwise Solutions. In most cases, work begins after an upfront payment or deposit is received. Failure to complete payments may result in project suspension or termination.
We provide a reasonable number of revisions as agreed during the project. Additional changes outside the initial scope may require extra payment and timeline adjustments.
The client is responsible for providing all necessary materials, content, and feedback required for project completion. Delays in providing information may affect delivery timelines.
Upon full payment, the client receives rights to the final deliverables. Clickwise Solutions retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Clickwise Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including third-party hosting, integrations, or external tools.
Either party may terminate the project if the other party breaches the agreement. In such cases, payments for completed work remain non-refundable.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of updated terms.
